  • Coverage up to $100 for loss or damage.
  • Delivery to Post Office boxes where available.

*Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between most major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All Canada Post services (including without limitation, delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

About pickup service


  • Available to commercial customers with access to "account" as a method of payment.
  • We pick up your shipments on business days at regularly scheduled times, or on demand when you need it.
    • The fee for scheduled pickup is based on the volume you ship—it's free if you ship more than 120 items per week!
    • A standard fee for on-demand pickup applies. A minimum of 10 (effective June 22nd, 2009 – otherwise, 25 pieces minimum) pieces per pickup is required.

Undeliverable items

At the time of mailing, you can choose if you want your item returned for a fee or abandoned if is undeliverable at the destination.
